SNQ’s business methodology revolves around client feedback and discovery to ensure higher quality outcomes. This week, Sarah and Scott go over why we work the way we do, and how it leads to greater client satisfaction. Check out the full video here:
Flexibility and Visibility
While every project has different requirements which, therefore, necessitates a different approach, at Status Not Quo we prioritize flexibility and visibility for all of our clients. We use iterative releases paired with a client feedback loop to prevent surprises and enable better visibility on both sides to variables that may not be immediately understood.
By essentially adapting an Agile perspective to meet what we have found to be best practices in the field, we follow a strict release schedule that allows clients to respond to each sprint so feedback can be incorporated into the process. This way, deadlines aren’t affected like they are with traditional Agile sprints, and feedback can be taken into account before the end of the project, before it’s too late.
Front-loading Risk Mitigation for Higher Quality Outcomes
This whole process allows us to look at all potential technical problems, vendor interactions, and testing during the project. It also gives us the opportunity to continually learn more about the client’s company, ultimately impacting the product outcome positively without taking away from the budget or scope of the project as we discover more about the client needs and wants before the project is completed.
